This is the honest-to-God truth, I just read about this phenomenon you are
talking about! I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, and I bought a book
about it, and it is chock full of information. One of the symptoms is that
you seem to wreak havoc on things like computers, battery-operated watches,
etc. A person can have Fibromyalgia without having every single symptom. I
have lots of them, but the electromagnetic field is not one of them.
Fibromyalgia is mostly a chronic pain condition, similar to arthritis, but
is in muscles instead of joints. I have constant pain in my upper arm
muscles, often in my lower back. It's a very interesting syndrome. Some of
the symptoms are general, like muscle pain. Other symptoms are very
specific, like my fingernails break off easily, in a crescent shape. I
attract mosquitoes in droves while no one else is even getting a bite.
Early indicators are things like growing pains in the legs and chest as a
child.

I found lots of information on the internet. The book I bought is by a
doctor who has fibromyalgia, and her name is Devin Starlanyl. Here's a
website to get you started:
            http://www.clark.net/pub/tbear/fms/fms-star.htm

This may not be what you're looking for at all, but the symptom you describe
is one of the symptoms of fibromyalgia.

Hope this helps!!
