Promoting the Profession - an addendum

In my previous post, I mentioned that in VA, we are working to recruit young
people to work in school libraries.  Dan R. pointed out, in his tactful and
gentle way, that I could have said "young thinking," which was exactly what I
meant.

I couldn't say it any better that he:  "change that last bit to 'young
thinking' and you won't offend
anyone. Some of the youngest thinking people on this list are some of the oldest."

So forward-thinking people of any age are who we are hoping to reach!!

Thanks for the suggestions and encouragement - keep it coming!
