Thanks for the help. These are the responses I received: 1. Try www.ala.org/aasl and look for Knowledge Quest and School Library Media Research Online. 2. UMI Proquest Direct by Bell and Howell. I'm sure you could get a trial membership free of charge for a month or two. http://proquest.umi.com 3. http://www.libertynet.org/lion/lion.html There are links there to journal articles. 4. My best suggestion would be to go to Carl Uncover, ERIC or Medline. All offer free access to databases with journal abstracts and citations. From there, she can contact her own college library and using the information she gets from the databases she can request interlibrary loan.
