SFA Schools Only

I would like to know from those of you who work in schools that are doing
SFA -- Is your SFA facilitator the ONLY person allowed to dispense materials
from storage?  Or can your building administrative staff assist you in
checking out needed materials?  How early before school does the facilitator
arrive?  How long after school is she available?  Is she frequently out of
school for "meetings downtown"?  How positive and helpful is she with
assistance with implementing the program?

I'll tell you why I want to know privately.
