HIT: Easy NF - Wow!

As usual, it seems I have opened a major can of
worms. I had 75 messages waiting for me this
evening. The responses ranged from "It would be a
mistake to separate E-NF form NF" to "I did it
years ago and its great" as well as "I also
restrict access to the little ones" to "How come
you restrict access to anyone?"

Well, this has been an eye opener for me. I had
to think about why that has been a "rule". I
finally figured out that my predecessor in my
first library had done that. The teachers liked
it that way and insisted on it. I just sort of
carried it on without thinking about it. I have
chatted with teachers and the principal today.
They have some great suggestions as well.

You know, I think someone moved my cheese! (if
you haven't read the book, everyone ought to. Its
a great easy read on dealing with change!)

The best advice was "ultimately you have to do
what's best for your unique situation" and so
---- I'll think on it a bit more.
