There is as WONDERFUL magazine from Cable in the Classroom called Classroom
Connect.  You can get a free monthly copy by signing up at their web site.

called Looking for a LIstserv?  There are not many listed but, they all
take you to sites that will have educational listerves.

This may be a bit more than you wanted, and I haven't tried these all out,
but they have all been recommended in the past to find listservs:

**Diane Kovacs Electronic Conference List is a great source of lists.  The
main address is   gopher://gopher. mid.met:7002/1   The address which takes
you to the library related listservs is as follows:
gopher://gopher.mid.net:7002/11/05menu/07menu   There are dozens of
listservs here in alphabetical order.
*listserv that announces new ejournals and has an archive. called NEWJOUR.
