Dewey cataloguing site availability

Dear Netters:
  This is probably one of the "dumb" questions, but here goes, I
received some gift books and have been trying to catalog and put them in
our collection.  I've been using the Library of Congress site of books
cataloged since 1975.  All the entries are in LC cataloging.  They had
an experimental site last year that gave both LC and Dwey. Does anyone
know if that site is still up and running and if so what is the address.
