Gen: writing to troops

One of my kindergarten teachers came across an e-mail in his February
file from last year requesting correspondence to troops stationed in
Bosnia over Valentines day.  He didn't do anything with it last year,
but would like to this year. Does any one know of an address to which
his Kindergartners could write? He is not particular where the troops
are stationed (said it could be South Dakota even), would just like to
send to any troops somewhere.
