TARGET,SEC: career software

I am looking for software to will run on a network that will allow
students to assess their interests /abilities and then use the results
to point to matching careers.  The cost should not exceed $600.  I have
looked everywhere I can think of.  Programs either cost more or are not
able to run on a network. Any suggestions? Thanks.
