LM_NET: Library Media Networking

This is a first inquiry to the group.  I know I have seen a lot of
discussion about the signature file, but I haven't seen anything that
tells me how to get rid of all the programming language.  I have
netscape running on a PC.  I followed directions to set up the signature
file and routing but can't seem to figure out where/how to place it in
the files so that all I get is the necessary information.

I can also attach an address card, but that really doesn't do what I
want it to do either.
