GEN: poem

The request is to find the author of this poem and to see if there are
other stanzas:
"Great it is to dream the dream
When you stand in youth by the starry stream.
But a greater thing is to fight life through
And say at the end  'the dream is true.'

I've searched a bit on the Internet, but I keep hitting dead-
ends, so I'm hoping someone can help. This request came from a singer
of Christian songs miles away, but I think this poem could be used
in many ways  in our educational environment. However, we do need an
author!  Thanks for your intellect and time, Judy
