Tech: Epson printing problem using a Macintosh

Hi,

Just got an Epson 850 stylus color printer.  Set-up - paper feeds through,
but nothing prints.  (Also, another person has an 800 and has had the same
problem.  Both are brand new printers.  I have sent an e-mail to Epson, but
though maybe someone from this listserve might come through first.

My computer is a power mac, system 7.5.1, 6100/66.
