To all those who replied to me and asked me to make a hit, guess what?
Julie Rosenoff did that today!  She had asked the same question I did a
little while ago, and had already compiled a hit.

Thanks to all those who replied, and a special thanks to Julie for saving
me a lot of trouble!  Everyone said they loved the AR Book Guide and that
it was well worth the money, with multitudinous uses.
