Help! Vietnam series video

We have the video series "Vietnam: a television history".  Vol. 13, "The
Roots of War," is damaged.  Does anyone know how to get a replacement
for this one (or any one volume) without buying the whole set?  Any help
would be most appreciated.  Thanks.
