Words with all the vowels

Well, it seems my third grade teacher was wrong!!!

(Sorry Miss Bruno)

There are TWO  words with all the vowels.

One, which has been suggested by several already is facetiously.

The other is included within the brain-teaser

"There is unquestionably one word in the english language with all the
vowels in it."

This one always drove my kids nuts when I taught 7th & 8th grade english.

A man walks into a gallery and stands in front of a portrait of a man.
He says,

"Brothers and sisters I have none, but that man's father is my father's
son."

Who is the man in the picture?
