Gen: Canada: Royal Canadian Mounted Police

It is amazing how our colleagues and friends know how we are able to access
information through this listserv.  I have a neighbor who asked me to find
information on the royal Canadian Mounted Police, specifically about a
ceremony that is held to honor officers killed in the line of duty.  He
thought this ceremony was held at their academies or training grounds.  Does
anyone know of a phone number, email address, or snail mail address that
would help him?
