How to... Instructions

Have any of you written or come across simple "How to....." instruction
sheets for your clerks or volunteers to perform library tasks as how to
handle periodicals, how to pre-catalog an item, how to handle circulation
tasks, etc.?

I'm attempting to write a series for my assistance who have a limited
English-language vocabulary and am getting tied up in the "if this happens,
then do that"

Any help or collaboration would be greatly appreciated.
