Hi, All. First, an apology. It seems I've offended a few folks because I
made the egregious error of not stating my subject. Simply, I thought I
did. Please forgive me ;)

I have received very little response to my search for ideas on technology
assessment, but what has come in has been very helpful. In particular,
Terry Young pointed me to a publication that is chock-full of info. It is:
