Question: I thought this was a good article and would like to have it republished in my high school's newspaper. The author gave no e-mail or other type address. To whom should I direct my request? Any ideas? Just an aside - many people think that if a document is published in full text on a "free" web site - it is in the public domain and can be freely copied. Am I correct in stating that copyright rules still apply? Permission must be granted to republish the full text. Gail M.
