Greetings in the New Year to Group Members! I wonder if any of you has successfully used and can recommend software to schedule Library Media Center classes, activities, and audio-visual requests. We are on a six-day cycle and have rotating periods, as well. The tricky part is that we are surely to have snow days, which will necessitate erasing and moving forward all subsequent events if we keep our written calendar, or necessitate canceling activities scheduled for the day. I would like to find Macintosh-compatible software that can slide forward the activities scheduled for a day 4 (for example) to the next school calendar date (which would be renumbered day 4.) Best wishes for a wonderful New Year to all. Thank you in advance for any suggestions on solving this scheduling problem.
