New member with questions

Hello All,

Although new to the list, I am going to jump right in with a question or
two.

1.  I have a about 30 Mac's that have Netscape 3.0 or 4.0 installed.
Currently, students go into the preferences and set the homepage to their
personal favorite; however, my principal wants to have the homepage set
to a particular URL at every startup. I know that there must be a way to
set the homepage and then disable that preference option, but I have yet
to figure it out.  Can someone help me with directions that absolutely
<underline>anyone</underline> can understand?

And, if you are still reading. . . .

2.  Sometime last summer I stumbled across a website that had a very
clearly written tutorial for things like:  putting all of your bookmarks
onto a disk; then, loading them onto another machine, and a bunch of
other very basic lessons that I don't remember.  All I clearly remember
was he lessons were specifically for the Mac, and the I think the page
background was Royal Blue.

Does anyone know of such a site?
