We have several computers in our library that have no CD-ROM drive. This poses a problem when I want to install software which comes on a CD, specifically Office 97. No one I know has an external CD-ROM drive we can borrow to install the software, and I don't feel like purchasing one if I don't have to. We do, however, have several CD-ROM changers in the library. Could I hook up a CD-ROM changer to these computers and install the software that way? Would I have to anything special to do so (that is, in addition to loading installation software for the changer)?
