Sending message headers in Outlook Express

I wanted to include the message header for a pornographic message I received
in my email and although I found the header in the message properties, I
could not figure out how to cut and paste it into the forwarded message to
the abuse hotline.  I asked this question before when I first started using
Outlook Express and must have deleted the messages.  If anyone out there is
using Outlook Express, please let me know how to do this since there isn't a
cut or paste command for the message source.
