Hit: Elementary Book Title

Thanks to those who answered my eleventh hour plea for a book title over the
holiday.  The book that the person was looking for was book originally
published in 1965 called HOW JOE THE BEAR AND SAM THE MOUSE GOT TOGETHER.  It
was republished in 1990, but according to Amazon.com, it is out of print.  But
at least we have a title, author, in publisher's info and can go from there.
