French language paperbacks

I have a French teacher in our middle school, who has a French version of
Curious George (paperback:Scholastic:Canada)

She would like to purchase more paperbacks of children's picture books in
French. I called Scholastic, but they do not have a toll-free number of their
Canadian branch, and their American catalogs do not carry French books.

Does anyone have a source for materials like this? Any publisher. Please give
me an address and toll-free number if possible. Thanks for your help.
