REF: "Sailor's Jack"

This is another chance for all you cooks out there to make me look good. I have 
been asked to locate a recipe for "Sailor's Jack".  The description I was given is 
that it is sort of like a muffin, it has raisins or similar fruit in it, the color 
is medium to dark brown and it is a very old recipe.  This sort if information just 
isn't in my K5 library. I have about 200 cookbooks in my personal collection and it 
isn't there either.
