GEN: Athena questions

Athena users,
I have a new position in a school which will open in August.  We will be
using Athena and I have used Follett's Unison and Circ+ for years.
Athena sent me a sample CD and I'm trying to learn how to do familiar
routines and reports a new way.

One thing I am having trouble with is finding a way to print student
names on a rolodex or other type of card to put in a binder for use as a
patron library card (which I keep at the circulation desk).  I tried to
export patrons to a DBase III file, but didn't succeed.  Before I waste
more time, perhaps someone could point me in the right direction.  How
do you handle circulation?  Do you use a rolodex file or other method?
How do you print the student names?  It's a new school, so all the
students will be new, not returning from a previous year.

A second question:  I found a way to print Spine labels, but can't find
a way to print labels for card pockets with the author, title, etc.
With Unison we can print labels on 3-across labels for books we catalog
ourselves.  Is there a way to do this?
