To interview a Principal candidate

I have never posted on LM_NET before so please accept apologies for any bad
manners.   All of a sudden I received a call today to participate in the
interview of candidates for principal of our elementary school.  The
interview will take place next Wednesday and so I need help quickly.  I was
contacted by a teacher on the staff and together we are at a loss for the
type of questions that we should be considering....any help that you can
give would be greatly appreciated.  You may reply to my e-mail address.
