TARGET: Seeking two attitude scales for research

I am trying to locate two attitude surveys for ordering--find listings
in Buros but only journal refs in
"Availability" field, no place to order. My advisor does not know.. The
titles are: Knudson Writing Attitude Survey and Blomberg-Erickson-Lowery
Computer Attitude Survey. Is anyone familiar with either? Does anybody
happen to know Dr. Ruth Knudson? As recently as fall 1998 she published
an article and was said to be at University of California Long Beach. I
go to the staff page and she is listed, but her email comes back as
undeliverable. There are a couple of reasons why I really want to use
her survey, and feel sure she could steer me in the right direction.
Also, how would you pronounce her name? K-nud-sun? Nud-sun? Nood-sun?
K=nood=sun?? I am thinking NUD-sun but would like to get it right.
