TECH : RNAAPP

I have been told that RNAAPP is part of the operating system and should
not be tampered with as it may make your system inoperable.  I did not
ask for a more technical explanation as I would not have understood
anyway.  Hope this helps.  The answer came from my computer science major
 son.
