Tech->Winnebago Spectrum New Services & Software

Does anyone have any experience with the WebManager (filter-like),
WebConnect (software to allow student use of Spectrum from computers
outside the school) and Web?--- the online cataloging of good Internet
sites?

We have Spectrum but are not buying/using the others things yet.

I have not taken the time to catalog any websites into Spectrum yet...I
had trouble the one day I tried and never got back to it.

I need some opinions or encouragement.
