TARGET: Media Specialist Evaulation

Earlier this spring I asked for help in how to evaulate a library
collection. I received great help in that.  In talking to the person I was
getting the information for, I discovered she also wanted information in how
to evalutate the media specialist.  Do any of you get evaluated using a
checklist approach, or do you know where I could find this info?  I know the
books I was referred to before had chapters on this, so she can start there.
  I get evaulated under the teacher contract as does every certified person
in our district.  I am sure this is true for many of you also. Thanks for
your help.
