EARLY INTERVENTION

I have a teacher who is looking for articles or books which support the idea
of early intervention for students.  This is to justify putting a computer
lab at our elementary school instead of the middle or high school.  (We use
Josten's)  If you have any documentation about why is important to begin
students' learning at an early age, especially with computer learning,
please reply to me.
