Ok, after a general shaming from a fellow LM-Netter {;-)} I am ready to ask
if any of you know a book title. This is sort of like the kid who runs into
the library and wants the blue book with the yellow flowers he read a year
ago. But here goes....

Before I went to Australia in 1989, I bought a paperback novel at a bargain
book store. It had a backwards swastika on the cover and the title was "The
Natural" or "The Natural _______". Its common knowledge that the swastika
is the reversed version of a symbol in a widely practiced natural religion
of the times. Hitler chose to use it so people would think he was
associated with the other group. The theme of the book had to do with using
things people know to get them to accept something else.

Any clues out there?

Thanks.
