Gateway Software

I am taking a summer class about automating libraries.  I have been assigned
Gateway Software to review.  Is anyone using this software? If so,
Do you like it? What don't you like?
Did they do your retrospective conversion? Can you add local data or created
original records?
Do they support MARC records for serieals?
Do they have good technical support?
What are it's best features?
What kind of reports do you find helpful?
How long have you used it?
