Carl automation system

[NORMA ZAMORA <zamno@HOTMAIL.COM>]

I am enrolled in a library science graduate class and have been assigned to
research the Carl automation system.  I would appreciate any feedback as to
the advantages, disadvantages of using Carl; how user friendly is it; costs
effectiveness; how does it compare to other automation systems?  Any
feedback will be greatly appreciated.  TIA
