Dear Group: I am back again with another Windows 95 question? I am the one who accidentally changed all the short cut file extensions (.lnk). (June 25) We got them back by reinstalling Windows 95 but.... Why would reinstalling Windows 95 lose sound on a computer? Device Manger has no sound, video or game controller listed there. The volume control window in Control panel, multimedia does not have the option of volume control or having the sound icon appear on the task bar. Does this mean that the sound driver needs to be reinstalled or reconfigured? Any help would be appreciated. Margaret M.
