Questions for Instructional Media Coordinator
_watson@HOTMAIL.COM>
Subject: keeping attention of primary grades

Dear LM_Netters:

I have been asked to develop a list of potential questions for the
District Instructional Media Coordinator position that we will be
interviewing for in the near future. This person will run our district
media center, as well as oversee the media program in our district's 23
schools, but will not have any direct supervisory responsibilities over
the 26 media specialists in the district. I have looked in the
archives, but did not see any interview questions aimed at this level of
position.

I'd love to hear any suggestions you might have! Please e-mail your
suggested questions to kgoebel@albemarle.org and I will happily post a
hit if there is interest.

Thanks,
Karen Goebel

I am looking for short rhymes/sing-a-longs to use with primary grades in
between the end of one story and before starting the next that gives them a
quick chance to stretch, but ultimately brings their focus back and ends
with them sitting up straight with their hands in their laps.
I saw an excellent public librarian do this once. It was very effective and
the kids seemed to love it. Alas, I don't remember it.

TIA!
