library media specialist for Somers Middle School


Somers is an excellent school district in Northern Westchester County,
NY with a demonstrated commitment to the K-12 school library program.
(A new state-of-the-art middle school library will be constructed in
2000; the district has developed a K-12 Research Protocol for teaching
research; integrating research into the K-12 curriculum is a district
goal; library media specialists are instructional leaders.)


We are looking for an experienced library media specialist with
excellent teaching and leadership skills and a strong background in
curriculum design and technology.
