Gen: re e-mail account

Dear Friends:

I have an e-mail account that I set up with hotmail at home and I want to
close it and I can't figure out how.  If any of you have had such an
account and have succeeded in closing it out, I would appreciate hearing
from you.  I only set it up while I was on vacation, but now I am home
again and I keep forgetting to access it, so want to close it.
