TECH: Netscape problem

Netters,
     I've just experienced my first problem with Netscape Gold 3.01.
It won't let me in and has the following message: =20
Invalid page fault in module wbhook32.dll at 0137:02237fda.
After that are a bunch of number and codes.  I'm running on a PC.
How do I fix it since I can't get on the internet to download a new
version? =20
