I was wanting your suggestions on successful interlibrary loan policies and procedures. I think this may be only way for our students to have access to extensive materials due to our budget limitations. Pros and cons would be appreciated. Hopefully troubles can be avoided if the use of materials is clearly defined to faculty and students. Thank you for any experiences you would like to share.
