Date for Nat'l Lib. Week 2000?

Anyone know the date for Nat'l Library Week 2000 AND for National Librarian
Day (which seems to have fallen on the Wed. of Nat'l Lib. Week for the past
couple of years that I've noticed)?  It is NOT given on ALA's website.
