GEN: Central cataloging/coordinator gripes and praises

I will be interviewing Friday for the position of Central media specialist
for our K-12 district of 3 high schools, 4 middle schools, and 10
elementaries.  This position will coordinate all the libraries, implement
the new automation system, do in-service, run the central video collection,
and do ordering, cataloging and processing for all the schools.  They will
not be the "boss". If you work with a person who has a similar position,
what do you like about how they do their job and what do you dislike?  What
questions would you ask in an interview and what answers would you want to
hear? Thanks.
