Hate mail on yahoo

Dear all:

Our entire staff received hate mail from a former student, using a yahoo
email account.  Does anyone have the email, or better yet a phone number of
the yahoo office responsilbe for enforcing thier aup (which does prohibit
hate mail)??  a quick repsonse is needed....we have really upset staff
members.

TIA for any help you can give.  We have saved the messages, including
complete headers.
