In a workshop yesterday on the creation of webpages the instructor, who happens to reside in PA indicated that in PA anything is fair game to be used by a teacher in creating a website as long as it was for teaching and "not for profit". I mentioned the recent items on this list about classroom use as opposed to showing something to the Board or Parents' Assoc., she said that this is considered teaching the Board about what is being done and would be fine. This is confusing and sounds different to me than the Federal statutes we thought applied. Is Pa really that open?
