Cataloging encyclopedias

Dear Colleagues,

Yes, we are still here and will be until June 23rd.

We are using the Alexandria automation system and have not entered our sets
of encyclopedias because we are not sure how to do it.  Do we make a
separate entry for each volume?  Or do we make one entry and make 25
copies?  How have others done it?
