TECH: LibraryWorld or Concourse Software

Hello!

For a variety of reasons, we are looking into purchasing library
software to replace the Columbia System we are currently using.  If
anyone has experience with either LibraryWorld by CASPR or Concourse by
Book Systems, I would appreciate your feedback as to what you think
about the software, its ease of use and whether or not it meets your
expectations.
