If you have forgotten, this year's Margaret A. Edwards awards luncheon
will be really special! Tickets are still available for this year's event.

YALSA Margaret A. Edwards Award Luncheon

Fairmont Hotel Grand Ballroom

Anne McCaffrey, 1999 recipient, will be honored. McCaffrey is known
affectionately by her many fans as the "Dragon Lady." She is a writer of
science fiction and has won both the Hugo and Nebula Awards. Her books are
science fiction classics, Dragonriders of Pern, Harper Hall Trilogy, and
have impressed young adult readers for 30 years. McCaffrey, an American
citizen, lives in England so she is not a frequent speaker in this
country.

Tickets: $45.  Send your request for tickets including credit card
