Any hints for starting AR

Hi
        I certainly don't want to start the AR wars again, but in the Fall,
our junior high is going to start using Accelerated Reader in a 7-8 setting
with 800 students.  Do any of you who have experience with AR already up and
running at your schools have any advice for me?  Any hints for handling
passwords? when kids take tests? stopping the obvious ways of cheating?
Things I don't even know about yet?
        How would you do the AR set up now, if you knew then what you know
now?  We have a networked system, 1 computer station in each LA teacher's
class, and 5 stations in the library.
